Field of Dreams!

It was a great season for our softball player. She played right field, short stop, and third base.
Her team the Horizon Hornets made it to the semi-finals in they playoffs.
As a special treat, her coaches arranged for the girls to be announced as the starting line up with
the Blue Rocks which is our local single A baseball team of the Kansas City Royals.

Paige was announced with Joe Dickerson and ran out to right field with him
in front of a sold out crowd.
She stayed on the field for God Bless America and the National Anthem.

The great night ended with a fireworks show.

6th Grade Graduation

I believed she would be taller than me before she graduated 6th grade.
She didn't make it.....she'll probably be taller before entering junior high.
She only has 1/4 inch to go!
